Poor quality and poor packaging. Don't buy online from J&P I ordered two plants from Jackson and Perkins at different times during the growing season. One a magnolia and the other a cherry. The magnolia came crushed in a box and had to be pruned down 60 percent. The cherry came will yellow and black-spotted leaves. I cannot recommend online ordering from J&P based on these plants. Other online companies have sent higher quality and better packaged plants. As an experienced gardener I give them zero green thumbs.

I cant believe J&P would lie about what… I cant believe J&P would lie about what they sell, it's not Christmas Cactus but Thanksgiving cactus, big difference. i even emailed Marina before ordering and i was assured it's the real thing because i know the difference. plant arrived much smaller and thinner than what is shown on their web site, pitiful. totally disappointed for over $100.00 with shipping from South Carolina to North Carolina. will not purchase from or recommend J&P ever again.

Bought several roses last spring..they died Bought several roses last spring. Two climbing roses in pots survived the winter and took off this spring. 6 roses in ground struggled the entire season last year, had some growth, overwintered and show no signs of life this spring. Contacted them about this and they said they said not covered. They didn't try to make anything right, store credit..nothing. I told them I will not be purchasing anything with them going forward and just buy from companies I've done and doing business with who have a 1 year guarantee. Overwintering is the test for new plants. A lot of online garden centers understand this. Jackson and Perkins does not.

This company is horrible This company is horrible. Avoid at all cost. Plants are nothing like what they show. Reviews are filtered by company. Jackson Perkins is nothing of what it used to be. This company is now an unethical operation. AVOID.

Excellent service so far! Wonderful, professional, and customized service. Everyone is attentive to my request. They not only hear, but also listen with their hearts to my wishes, and the arrangements are always executed with that heartfelt touch, and they comply. Even out-of-town florists provide excellent service. They even assist with the wording on the card. Also, their polite reminders are quite helpful.
