GBclean website interface however pulling up order history way too slow i like the website look and feel however it could use an easier way to get to various plants. maybe some other search options or building up / narrowing search choices. biggest issue was looking up previous orders (history) took so long (minutes) i could not wait. i believe i only remember getting into my history 1 time (and maybe i tired 5 times) and then basically gave up trying in the future. i was looking to track my orders to see what portion shipped (i will wait for emails ). emails on shipping came timely. company is fine, quality is fine, website: starts 5,5,1 respectively

GBGood products, difficult company Ordering from them this year has been incredibly difficult, made even more so by hard to reach and rude customer service. An order I placed in September for delivery before Thanksgiving wasn't shipped or updated. Only after I reached out multiple times was any response even forthcoming and what I got was basically a "what did you expect" type call. The items eventually arrived 2 weeks late.

GBRidiculously inefficient! It may be a nice place to visit, but don't order anything from them! On December 3 I ordered some bulbs to give as Christmas presents, and noted on the order that they were to be shipped as soon as possible. Now, today, December 18 (over 2 weeks later), I get a notice that they were shipped today, and I have no idea when I might receive them - Totally NOT Acceptable!

GBThe best, as always Received my tree ripened honebells promptly and they were superlative. Sweet and delicious, they are high juice yielders. Haven't ordered grapefruit yet this year, but last year's saw the sweetest, most pleasing grapefruit ever. Barely tart at all, they made organic tree ripened grapefruit from another source seem under-ripe and sour. I've always found WFF exemplary, whether for fruit or plants.

GBBeware Quality of Perennials Purchased perennials that were terribly root bound -- not just a little, but a solid wall of roots that could not be broken apart by hand. Upon contacting them they suggested I use a razor to try to pry them loose. Not what I would expect from an independent nursery charging premium prices
