Ridiculously inefficient! It may be a nice place to visit, but don't order anything from them! On December 3 I ordered some bulbs to give as Christmas presents, and noted on the order that they were to be shipped as soon as possible. Now, today, December 18 (over 2 weeks later), I get a notice that they were shipped today, and I have no idea when I might receive them - Totally NOT Acceptable!

Not So Hot Disappointed with my purchase this year. In the Apricot Allegro collection, the mango tango calibrachoa in full bloom is fuschia/strong pink. The verbena substituted for the gomphrena is advertised as growing 4 - 5' tall, so I'm not excited about putting it in my deck pot. The three black petunias arrived soggy and with some wilted leaves. I cut them back and hope at least one of them survives. Each day there is more dead on two of the plants...oh my...

When lily root arrived it looked very dry and it never grew after planting. I ordered two lilies, Primal Scream and When My Sweetheart Returns. When they arrived ,one of the two roots looked as though it was very dried up. I couldn't which lily it was because the name tags were unattached. The root that looked shriveled up never grew after planting outside while the other healthy looking root is now six inches tall.

Dahlia tuber set consisted of just one tuber. I ordered two Seattle Dahlia tuber sets. Each plant consisted of one tuber only, of small to medium size. When buying dahlia, one usually get a bunch of tubers attached to the old stem, not just one tuber. I also ordered from Wayside Garden - their dahlias came in the expected bunch of tubers attached to the old stem. This is not acceptable, I do not know the viability of the small tuber received from White Flower Farm. The reason for it can only be the company's interest in profit over good service.

SOO PLEASED WITH MY PLANT WHICH LOVES THE SUNSHINE ON MY FRONT STEP. THE CAT SEEMS TO ENJOY THE LAVENDER SCENT - HE VISIBLY SNIFFS THE AIR AS HE LOUNGES NEXT TO THE PLANT IN THE SUN.
