Very disappointed in White Flower… Very disappointed in White Flower Farms. Two of my items were sent to the wrong address. I finally got a refund on a gift that was broken,a cache pot that was mailed to me rather than the recipient with a third recipients gift card attached. I agree that this is a difficult year as I was informed by customer service. The customer service was terrible. Rude, condescending, talked over me... I was shocked. I’m done with this company after many years as a customer.

The best, as always Received my tree ripened honebells promptly and they were superlative. Sweet and delicious, they are high juice yielders. Haven't ordered grapefruit yet this year, but last year's saw the sweetest, most pleasing grapefruit ever. Barely tart at all, they made organic tree ripened grapefruit from another source seem under-ripe and sour. I've always found WFF exemplary, whether for fruit or plants.

Ordered and planted 300 daffodils last… Ordered and planted 300 daffodils last fall. Called and told White Flower Farm that at least 20 bulbs were soft. She said she would take care of it. She didn't. Worse more than 30 did not come up. Called and got cut off; was talking with Millis. Wrote 2 weeks ago and never got a response. Also ordered 200 crocuses and noted that I thought I was getting a 50/50 yellow/blue mix. Got 80 or 90 yellow mix. Very disappointed. I was the third generation to deal with White Flower. Not anymore. They got their $600.00 and dumped me.

Not So Hot Disappointed with my purchase this year. In the Apricot Allegro collection, the mango tango calibrachoa in full bloom is fuschia/strong pink. The verbena substituted for the gomphrena is advertised as growing 4 - 5' tall, so I'm not excited about putting it in my deck pot. The three black petunias arrived soggy and with some wilted leaves. I cut them back and hope at least one of them survives. Each day there is more dead on two of the plants...oh my...

Poor communicators I have liked the products from White Flower Farms, but they do not communicate well once an order is placed - no emails about expected ship dates. Their shipping rates are exorbitant. I only buy from them when given a gift certificate from my sister. I can get equal products for lower price / less expensive shipping with better communication about the order & shipping
