GBPoor communicators I have liked the products from White Flower Farms, but they do not communicate well once an order is placed - no emails about expected ship dates. Their shipping rates are exorbitant. I only buy from them when given a gift certificate from my sister. I can get equal products for lower price / less expensive shipping with better communication about the order & shipping

GBNot So Hot Disappointed with my purchase this year. In the Apricot Allegro collection, the mango tango calibrachoa in full bloom is fuschia/strong pink. The verbena substituted for the gomphrena is advertised as growing 4 - 5' tall, so I'm not excited about putting it in my deck pot. The three black petunias arrived soggy and with some wilted leaves. I cut them back and hope at least one of them survives. Each day there is more dead on two of the plants...oh my...

GBI will NEVER purchase from your company… I will NEVER purchase from your company again, the 45 minute multiple hold times, not delivering a package in a timely manner and having horrible people with bad customer service values. A real turnoff when one is spending a lot of money. Don't shop here

GBRidiculously slow delivery The time from when an order is placed to when the order is shipped is glacial and completely unacceptable. The shipping info on the website does not clearly explain the long delay before the order is shipped. On top of that, when I called White Flower Farms to find out what happened to my order, their Customer Service people were totally defensive and told me I was wrong to feel that shipment was too slow. I will never order from them again.

GBDahlia tuber set consisted of just one tuber. I ordered two Seattle Dahlia tuber sets. Each plant consisted of one tuber only, of small to medium size. When buying dahlia, one usually get a bunch of tubers attached to the old stem, not just one tuber. I also ordered from Wayside Garden - their dahlias came in the expected bunch of tubers attached to the old stem. This is not acceptable, I do not know the viability of the small tuber received from White Flower Farm. The reason for it can only be the company's interest in profit over good service.
