GBRidiculously slow delivery The time from when an order is placed to when the order is shipped is glacial and completely unacceptable. The shipping info on the website does not clearly explain the long delay before the order is shipped. On top of that, when I called White Flower Farms to find out what happened to my order, their Customer Service people were totally defensive and told me I was wrong to feel that shipment was too slow. I will never order from them again.

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INTERESTED PHONE CONVERSATION WHEN ORDERING MY GOODWIN CREEK GRAY LAVENDER PLANT WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME IN PENNSYLVANIA WITHIN TWO DAYS OF MY ORDER REQUEST! SOO PLEASED WITH MY PLANT WHICH LOVES THE SUNSHINE ON MY FRONT STEP. THE CAT SEEMS TO ENJOY THE LAVENDER SCENT - HE VISIBLY SNIFFS THE AIR AS HE LOUNGES NEXT TO THE PLANT IN THE SUN. GBWhen lily root arrived it looked very dry and it never grew after planting. I ordered two lilies, Primal Scream and When My Sweetheart Returns. When they arrived ,one of the two roots looked as though it was very dried up. I couldn't which lily it was because the name tags were unattached. The root that looked shriveled up never grew after planting outside while the other healthy looking root is now six inches tall.

GBi HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER… i HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER FARM'S ANNUAL COLLECTIONS FOR YEARS AND EVERY YEAR I SAY THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THE PLANTS ARRIVE SCRAWNY, ALMOST DEAD AND MANY ARE DEAD OR DIE VERY SOON. THEIR SHIPPING TIME IS RIDICULOUS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. THE CONTAINERS THAT I PLANTED FROM THEIR STOCK LOOK TERRIBLE WHILE THE POTS THAT I FILLED WITH PLANTS FROM A LOCAL NURSERY LOOK GREAT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WHITE FLOWER FARM AGAIN.

GBOrdering this year has been a difficult… Ordering this year has been a difficult experience because I don't have my order number ( I ordered 3 different times) and I am completely shut out of the "track your order" because of this. I gave my email and tried to call, to no avail because of the Covid-19. When I got my Visa bill I had to dispute the charge because I don't know where the plants are that I ordered for my son in a different state. Why can't you just use my email name and phone number to send me to tracking of all my orders for this year? This is turning into a BIG hastle!
