GBCan I give less than one star? I have been placing multiple hundreds of dollars in orders from WFF for decades & always lavished praise; even though the plants are pricey & often small in size, the quality was great & the customer service was super-responsive if there was a problem. BUT, JUST THIS WEEK, WFF CANCELED AN ORDER I HAD PLACED W/O TELLING ME! (I only found out after receiving WFF's shipping confirmation & checked the UPS tracking number.) When I called WFF to inquire, I reached a robot telling me that customer service was closed for the weekend. IF REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED THIS WAY, I WD WARN POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM WFF. WFF is no longer the high-quality, reliable company it used to be.

GBNot So Hot Disappointed with my purchase this year. In the Apricot Allegro collection, the mango tango calibrachoa in full bloom is fuschia/strong pink. The verbena substituted for the gomphrena is advertised as growing 4 - 5' tall, so I'm not excited about putting it in my deck pot. The three black petunias arrived soggy and with some wilted leaves. I cut them back and hope at least one of them survives. Each day there is more dead on two of the plants...oh my...

GBDahlia tuber set consisted of just one tuber. I ordered two Seattle Dahlia tuber sets. Each plant consisted of one tuber only, of small to medium size. When buying dahlia, one usually get a bunch of tubers attached to the old stem, not just one tuber. I also ordered from Wayside Garden - their dahlias came in the expected bunch of tubers attached to the old stem. This is not acceptable, I do not know the viability of the small tuber received from White Flower Farm. The reason for it can only be the company's interest in profit over good service.

SOO PLEASED WITH MY PLANT WHICH LOVES THE SUNSHINE ON MY FRONT STEP. THE CAT SEEMS TO ENJOY THE LAVENDER SCENT - HE VISIBLY SNIFFS THE AIR AS HE LOUNGES NEXT TO THE PLANT IN THE SUN. GBi HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER… i HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER FARM'S ANNUAL COLLECTIONS FOR YEARS AND EVERY YEAR I SAY THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THE PLANTS ARRIVE SCRAWNY, ALMOST DEAD AND MANY ARE DEAD OR DIE VERY SOON. THEIR SHIPPING TIME IS RIDICULOUS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. THE CONTAINERS THAT I PLANTED FROM THEIR STOCK LOOK TERRIBLE WHILE THE POTS THAT I FILLED WITH PLANTS FROM A LOCAL NURSERY LOOK GREAT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WHITE FLOWER FARM AGAIN.
