USCan I give less than one star? I have been placing multiple hundreds of dollars in orders from WFF for decades & always lavished praise; even though the plants are pricey & often small in size, the quality was great & the customer service was super-responsive if there was a problem. BUT, JUST THIS WEEK, WFF CANCELED AN ORDER I HAD PLACED W/O TELLING ME! (I only found out after receiving WFF's shipping confirmation & checked the UPS tracking number.) When I called WFF to inquire, I reached a robot telling me that customer service was closed for the weekend. IF REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED THIS WAY, I WD WARN POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM WFF. WFF is no longer the high-quality, reliable company it used to be.

USGood products, difficult company Ordering from them this year has been incredibly difficult, made even more so by hard to reach and rude customer service. An order I placed in September for delivery before Thanksgiving wasn't shipped or updated. Only after I reached out multiple times was any response even forthcoming and what I got was basically a "what did you expect" type call. The items eventually arrived 2 weeks late.

USVery disappointed in White Flower… Very disappointed in White Flower Farms. Two of my items were sent to the wrong address. I finally got a refund on a gift that was broken,a cache pot that was mailed to me rather than the recipient with a third recipients gift card attached. I agree that this is a difficult year as I was informed by customer service. The customer service was terrible. Rude, condescending, talked over me... I was shocked. I’m done with this company after many years as a customer.

USOrdering this year has been a difficult… Ordering this year has been a difficult experience because I don't have my order number ( I ordered 3 different times) and I am completely shut out of the "track your order" because of this. I gave my email and tried to call, to no avail because of the Covid-19. When I got my Visa bill I had to dispute the charge because I don't know where the plants are that I ordered for my son in a different state. Why can't you just use my email name and phone number to send me to tracking of all my orders for this year? This is turning into a BIG hastle!

USi HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER… i HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER FARM'S ANNUAL COLLECTIONS FOR YEARS AND EVERY YEAR I SAY THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THE PLANTS ARRIVE SCRAWNY, ALMOST DEAD AND MANY ARE DEAD OR DIE VERY SOON. THEIR SHIPPING TIME IS RIDICULOUS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. THE CONTAINERS THAT I PLANTED FROM THEIR STOCK LOOK TERRIBLE WHILE THE POTS THAT I FILLED WITH PLANTS FROM A LOCAL NURSERY LOOK GREAT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WHITE FLOWER FARM AGAIN.
