Dahlia tuber set consisted of just one tuber. I ordered two Seattle Dahlia tuber sets. Each plant consisted of one tuber only, of small to medium size. When buying dahlia, one usually get a bunch of tubers attached to the old stem, not just one tuber. I also ordered from Wayside Garden - their dahlias came in the expected bunch of tubers attached to the old stem. This is not acceptable, I do not know the viability of the small tuber received from White Flower Farm. The reason for it can only be the company's interest in profit over good service.

Poor customer service and product quality Poor customer service. Shipping took 5 days to arrive. Plants poorly packed with brown spots and completely dried out and puny in size. Second shipment with no notification. Plants arrived puny, with yellow leaves, tips torn off and brown edges. Cancelled entire rest of order. Will never buy from them again.

Poor communicators I have liked the products from White Flower Farms, but they do not communicate well once an order is placed - no emails about expected ship dates. Their shipping rates are exorbitant. I only buy from them when given a gift certificate from my sister. I can get equal products for lower price / less expensive shipping with better communication about the order & shipping

So sorry to have to write this review I've always loved visiting WF Farm and getting the catalog. I was so impressed by the holiday gifts that I sent one to my boss. She received a glass globe with nothing else (no bulbs, no stand) and called to let the company know there had been a proble. No resolution or further materials. I called as well. The bulbs came weeks later and the stand after that. So, the presentation of a wonderful gift that I envisioned, never happened. I wont be ordering from them again.

Very disappointed in White Flower… Very disappointed in White Flower Farms. Two of my items were sent to the wrong address. I finally got a refund on a gift that was broken,a cache pot that was mailed to me rather than the recipient with a third recipients gift card attached. I agree that this is a difficult year as I was informed by customer service. The customer service was terrible. Rude, condescending, talked over me... I was shocked. I’m done with this company after many years as a customer.
