All products are colorfully displayed, details are clearly explained, and prices are posted. I phoned with a question and a very helpful and pleasant young woman answered all my questions. Voice communication is important to me. I'm old and have significant hearing loss from my Navy service. I simply cannot understand a word most young American women say to me. They don't speak English, they "chirp" in their artificial little-girl's voice. The phone representative at Federal Flags spoke clearly at a normal rate of delivery using a mature woman's voice. No chirp! The website provides clear instructions and is easy to use. I like it. I'll recommend you to anyone.

Complete garbage Complete garbage. Purchased an outdoor flag for about $950.00 and it lasted about 4 months. Contacted federal flags and was told that’s about how long they last!!?!!?

Product doesn't work as advertised -

Do not honor warranty I purchased a 25 ft flagpole in 2019. It comes with a 5yr warranty. Its been a great solid pole for over 4 yrs. Two of my friends actually bought the same pole. The pole snapped and is still within the warranty period. Customer service told me they no longer carry the pole and cant honor the warranty. The pole is still available on the website so not sure why they honor the warranty. I didnt even want a new entire pole. Just the ground pole so i could my flag back up.

Awesome addition to my landscaping! Once I received my shipment I did as instructed and checked everything for damage and all was perfect. I also read and followed the supplied written instructions plus I watched several YouTube videos on how to install. Other than raising the flagpole itself, the process was easy and I virtually installed it by myself. It certainly looks great if front of my house; I should have installed a flagpole much sooner.
