GBYMCA of Coastal Georgia We are the YMCA of Coastal Georgia. A not for profit organization. We ordered a flag pole and when we opened the package the pole was bent. We contacted Federal Flags but were told it was too late (It was two or three days) - "Sorry, there is nothing we can do". I called Federal Flags and left a message for someone to call me about this issue. I have yet to receive a call. Waiting for a response. -Mark Simons -District VP

GBReceived the flag as promised Received the flag as promised. Put it up at the end of July and now it's time to replace it. It's fraying badly - just like the Amazon flags with prices that are much less expensive. Here is the response from Amanda Page at Federal - which they don't share up front - " The life of the nylon flag is 3-5 months if you take it down daily and in inclement weather. Your geographical location comes into play as well. Our flags are proudly made and hand sewn in Wisconsin and Illinois on special sewing machines. The life of the polyester flags are 6-9 months if you take them down daily."

GBWrong size flag I orderd 2 flags, a USA and USMC, both 3x5 well the USMC was the correct size but the USA wasn't, it measured 2x3. Id really like to get what I orderd a 3x5. Cpl Crawford R USMC

GBFlags are nice, but next day shipping didn't work out. The flags were good quality and overall what we were expecting. The low rating is due to the fact that I paid for next day air shipping, for an additional $108, and yet only 2 of the five flags that I ordered arrived the next day. The other three flags took 4 days from the date of the order. I have reached out to customer service, but they did not seem like they had a plan to refund any of the shipping fees.
