GBMy first experience with Federal Flags My first experience with Federal Flags. The website is very professionally laid out. All products are colorfully displayed, details are clearly explained, and prices are posted. I phoned with a question and a very helpful and pleasant young woman answered all my questions. Voice communication is important to me. I'm old and have significant hearing loss from my Navy service. I simply cannot understand a word most young American women say to me. They don't speak English, they "chirp" in their artificial little-girl's voice. The phone representative at Federal Flags spoke clearly at a normal rate of delivery using a mature woman's voice. No chirp! The website provides clear instructions and is easy to use. I like it. I'll recommend you to anyone.

GBComplete garbage Complete garbage. Purchased an outdoor flag for about $950.00 and it lasted about 4 months. Contacted federal flags and was told that’s about how long they last!!?!!?

GBLena was excellent in assisting me with my purchase I do not normally call directly into customer service for this type of on-line purchase. But the web site is not the best or easiest to navigate for some of the items Federal Flags sells. So I called the contact number listed on the web site. I didn't have to wait long before I got through to customer service. Lena was friendly & professional. She answered all of my questions quickly, directed me to the locations on the web site I inquired about and made the experience easy. I completed my purchase through the on-line shopping cart. Thanks Lena.

GBBuyer beware Bought a flagpole at the price on the website and it was not honored. When I brought it to the attention of the owner and customer service rep they said basically “sorry about that” and wouldn’t honor the price. Super disappointing, horrible customer service and shady business practice. Buyer beware.
