GBMy first experience with Federal Flags My first experience with Federal Flags. The website is very professionally laid out. All products are colorfully displayed, details are clearly explained, and prices are posted. I phoned with a question and a very helpful and pleasant young woman answered all my questions. Voice communication is important to me. I'm old and have significant hearing loss from my Navy service. I simply cannot understand a word most young American women say to me. They don't speak English, they "chirp" in their artificial little-girl's voice. The phone representative at Federal Flags spoke clearly at a normal rate of delivery using a mature woman's voice. No chirp! The website provides clear instructions and is easy to use. I like it. I'll recommend you to anyone.

GBI ordered my flag pole and received the… I ordered my flag pole and received the pole in a timely manner, however the pole is all I’ve received. I’m still waiting on another box which hopefully has all the materials to set the pole. It’s been over a week since I received the pole.

GBDelay Upon placing my order and had not received my order after 3 + weeks. I contacted customer service who attempted to try and find where the delay was. After resending a new set and giving me a delivery date that after 2 days past that date, still no flags. A second call was placed with customer service and again order was resent. This time a tracking number was placed on the order at my request. I received my order the day after tracker said it was out for delivery.
