I placed an order on February 19 I placed an order on February 19. I still have not received the order but my bank account was charged. I have a confirmation number but it seems that this must be a fraudulent site. I am highly disappointed because I was really looking forward to adding to my plants.

Beware of Bogus Site Beware of Bogus Site: No Product, No Service, Just Frustration I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with The Sill, and it was an absolute nightmare. After eagerly placing an order, I patiently waited for over a month for the product to arrive, only to be met with disappointment. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, there was absolutely no response from their supposed customer service team. This lack of communication and total disregard for customer inquiries is utterly unacceptable. It's clear that the sill operates with no intention of fulfilling orders or providing any form of customer support. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this bogus site. Your time and money are better invested elsewhere. Its a fake site.

Plant is good for the trash Plant got damaged during delivery and probably will have to throw it out. I'm going to try and doctor it for a few days to see if it can be saved. This service was gifted and I have a whole year of receiving dead plants. How awesome! My rating is 0 stars, not even 1!

My recent order a great disappointment. After 4 prior acceptable receipts, my surprise my present for my wife arrived with soil from the planter scattered on all of the leaves. I tried to salvage it by wiping all of the leaves with we paper towels. In addition, the company did not include the note that I specified should be with the plant at all.

Dead Olive Tree - TERRIBLE Customer Service Ordered an Olive tree for a Christmas present. Delivery to Oakland, CA. Also paid extra for the winterization,. Tree arrived dead after 2 weeks. Customer service is a joke and only willing to refund for the dead tree, not tax or pot - what's the point of full service if the main product is dead? The worst part is the customer service and their failure to reply or offer adequate service. Seems to be a planter pot selling scheme.
