Completely different than the Large… Completely different than the Large plant promised. It was half the size and they never emailed me back. Sill sucks, customer service sucks. I would give a negative 5 if i could. You guys are absolutely the worse kind of deceptive liars.

Non existent customer service! Non existent customer service! I received my order last week but was missing 3 out of the 4 items that I ordered. I have been waiting online with their AI chat for 20 minutes but no one has responded yet. I also emailed on Friday. I can’t even do a charge back because I used a gift card. You should have a dedicated team who responds to order concerns within 24 hours and a phone number where you can be reached. What’s worse is that the retail stores can’t help or guide you in the right direction with either. Not to mention EVERYTHING is overpriced!

This is the only company I trust to purchase plants from 1st of all…I was appalled when I saw the comments of others on this site. DO NOT by any means listen to the bad reviews about this company. I purchased my first plant (literally the first plant I ever owned) from the sill back in 2019. Today, Jade is 4 years old and she is a monstrous monstera. She is in her fourth and final pot and she’s alive today thanks to the careful packaging and guidance of their wonderful support team. I just purchased my second plant, Princess Penelope (a pink princess philodendron, obviously lol) who also arrived perfectly happy and healthy. She already has 2 new leaves and is adjusting beautifully to her surroundings. The reason I am leaving this review is because I personally reached out to the company to thank them since I wasn’t able to leave a review on their website and they directed me here. I can’t imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about this company and I hope more satisfied customers reach out because their rating is really unfair.

I placed my order on 5/4 after seeing… I placed my order on 5/4 after seeing an ad for guaranteed shipping by Mother's Day. It is now over 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive any confirmation that my order has even shipped. I reached out to customer service twice and they simply said the item I ordered was being shipped directly from a vendor. I have emailed twice more to cancel and request a refund and no one from the company has responded. I will never be ordering from The Sill again.

Bad company, don’t use. I ordered 7 plants online, and some potting mix. The big palm and potting mix never arrived, even though it said “delivered” and a couple of the other plants that did arrived were badly damaged. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 weeks, there’s no phone number, no one available on live chat, and they’re slow to respond to email and vague about resolving my issue. Definitely don’t recommend this company, and May end up contacting my bank to try and claim a credit card issue due to the $100 that’s just gone. **edit** it gets worse: the Sill responded below to say that they would contact me “today” to sort this out, and that was yesterday. Absolutely terrible, liars.
