The Sill has provided the worst… The Sill has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is extremely difficult to get a reply from them - expect to wait days. I received a plant in terrible condition, then a replacement in the same state, and they still have not refunded two plants I never received after nearly a month of my follow ups. Shockingly terrible service. Buyer beware. Follow up - Despite the message below, I did not receive any response or contact. from The Sill. Again, absolutely atrocious.

Where is my plant? Where is my plant? I sent this as a gift 10 business days ago and it has yet to arrive. I haven’t gotten any updates or communication on when the gift will be shipped. Instead I’m getting daily marketing emails from the company despite the fact that I specifically marked “no” on receiving marketing emails from them. This is terrible service.

I LOVE FLOWERS, PLANTS, VEGGIES,, AND STARTED TO GET INTO ANYTHING THAT I POSSIBLY COULD WITH MY YARD, OF COURSE, BEING WITH THE FACT THAT I RENT, SOME LIMITATIONS. BUT NOW INDOORS, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! I STARTED WITH SOME ROOTS TO PLANT N NOW I CANE ACROSS YOUR ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!

The Sill Stole Money From Me The Sill took my money and did not provide a product for that money. After 3 requests, they're not able to produce a tracking number or anything to my satisfaction. They take over 1 business day to respond to every single email to buy themselves more time to find any answer. This is a poorly run service that sells overpriced plants that you can get at your local nursery for 1/3rd of the price.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sent a plant to my Aunt for Christmas and it was delivered broken and a complete mess with dirt everywhere. Company has had terrible response time and no one offered to do anything except send same plant again and ask where do we send it??? Really?? Almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done to rectify! Will never use again!
