Dishonest business I placed an order on 12/6 and it did not ship until 12/18, I paid for it to be delivered between 12/18 and 12/23. Tracking information stated it wouldn’t arrive until 12/26. Called customer services multiple times just to receive the run around and then was offered a weak compensation. The first offer was 10% then 15% then 20% refund. They stated that a second order was shipped overnight and would arrive on time and it was never sent either. Whole company is a scam that took off because of social media. Buyer beware.

Totally damaged! I received these an anonymous gift from someone, but unfortunately received the flowers totally smushed and damaged, definitely does not look like anything on their website. I reached out to them hoping they would send a new box, and they did not help at all! Said they couldn't find the order since I didn't know who purchased them, so they wouldn't do anything! Awful customer service for such an expensive product

Flowers lasted less than 2 months Flowers lasted less than 2 months! They began losing their color and turning white, dry, and breaking. When I contacted customer service, which was horrible. They were dismissive and have blame the customer for their subpar product. Don't waste your money!

My order arrived late and missed my… My order arrived late and missed my wife's birthday. I kept messaging them on IG trying to get an answer but they don't respond to DMs. Flowers finally arrived three days after expected delivery date. Two stars because quality was not bad

Company does not keep it's word... This company sent me flower that were damaged . After, I complained that they were damaged, they promised they would replace them through their claims department and never did so. This absolute ruined Valentines for my ailing grand mother, who later on passed away. Please avoid doing business with these people, they have no integrity.
