GBThese roses are well beyond… These roses are well beyond Outstanding. I was a little worried, considering that they did not arrive when they were supposed too, but after receiving them, my perception changed. High quality, exceptional product. They where just so beyond beautiful. Will definitely be buying again.

GBArguably a great product but pitiful customer service. Arguably a great product, however they do not back it up with great customer service. After two attempts to order an arrangement via their internet website and one via telephone to customer service line the order STILL has not shipped. Due to no fault of mine or my bank. Their customer service has not shipped the flowers and we have now missed the event that was the whole point behind ordering this several hundred dollar arrangement. Totally let down and dissatisfied. Going back to fresh flowers thru a local florist who can deliver as promised. Pitiful and embarrassing.

GBCompany does not keep it's word... This company sent me flower that were damaged . After, I complained that they were damaged, they promised they would replace them through their claims department and never did so. This absolute ruined Valentines for my ailing grand mother, who later on passed away. Please avoid doing business with these people, they have no integrity.

AUNo Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery Ordered guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery and paid extra for that. Over $700 worth of products and they delivered the package on the 9th of February. In the dead of winter middle of America, flowers sitting on the porch for several days no one to recieve them. Not even signature guarantee option for a $700+ flower order. Great job Venus Et Fleur. Never again will you rip me off. Previously had to cancel an order with them and that took over 30 min on the phone even though they admitted the fault.
