He called them right away and they told him they would not cancel the second order since it was already processing. Well processing an order and having the order made is two different things. I can Understand if the order was already made, but it was only processing and he called immediately. Disputed one of the orders with our cc and venus sent back their cancellation policy. Shady practice for policy’s. They also claimed that both had been delivered which they were, but after we had filed the claim and he called tried to cancel the second one. Take your business else where..they have no integrity and clearly don’t care about the customers…just orders.

I recently placed an order through… I recently placed an order through Venus, It arrived in 2 days and is gorgeous, just like in the pictures.They were packaged well and came with instructions for on going care. I also received a follow up with useful information. This isn't a cheap arrangement and isn['t for everyone, but considering how long they last, I felt it was well worth every penny I spent

Just the worst experience Just the worst experience, I should have read the reviews first. I tried to order red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery. On Wednesday February 9th, 6 days before Valentine's Day pink roses arrived which my girlfriend thought was a statement about our relationship moving in the wrong direction. I contacted them and rather than offer to provide the correct flowers on Valentine's Day, they offered a $45 gift certificate. I've turned the matter over to American Express. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your flower needs.

Arguably a great product but pitiful customer service. Arguably a great product, however they do not back it up with great customer service. After two attempts to order an arrangement via their internet website and one via telephone to customer service line the order STILL has not shipped. Due to no fault of mine or my bank. Their customer service has not shipped the flowers and we have now missed the event that was the whole point behind ordering this several hundred dollar arrangement. Totally let down and dissatisfied. Going back to fresh flowers thru a local florist who can deliver as promised. Pitiful and embarrassing.

They hate Christmas and their customers I ordered on December 12th with expedited Christmas shipping that they guaranteed would be on time. They waited until December 23rd to inform me that they ran out! Then they offered an alternative, which I accepted. And yet again they contacted me to let me know that they ran out of the alternate that they offered me! What an absolute joke. I have 2 orders missing, and another order received broken roses. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. I've spent over $8,000 with this company and they offered me a $20 gift card as an apology for missing Christmas. They don't care, and their awful reviews show it.
