GBDamage from flowers Displayed my flowers on my dresser. The chemical that’s help preserve the flowers. Stained my dresser. When I contacted Venus, the customer service did not care. They wrote me an email how to care for the flowers instead of caring for the damage they caused. You would never think flowers can stain and remove paint from a dresser.

GBWouldn't replace damaged display box Wouldn't replace damaged display box. The box was really pretty for this particular item and the item was meant to be a gift. Customer service wouldn't allow an exchange or replacement because they said the box was only for protection during transist. This is a company that largely produces gifts -- how else am I supposed to give a single rose to someone than in the box? Box had a massive dent right over the logo, would be a disgrace to give someone as a gift.

GBMy order arrived late and missed my… My order arrived late and missed my wife's birthday. I kept messaging them on IG trying to get an answer but they don't respond to DMs. Flowers finally arrived three days after expected delivery date. Two stars because quality was not bad

GBHusband ordered online and realized… Husband ordered online and realized immediately he made a mistake and ordered two. He called them right away and they told him they would not cancel the second order since it was already processing. Well processing an order and having the order made is two different things. I can Understand if the order was already made, but it was only processing and he called immediately. Disputed one of the orders with our cc and venus sent back their cancellation policy. Shady practice for policy’s. They also claimed that both had been delivered which they were, but after we had filed the claim and he called tried to cancel the second one. Take your business else where..they have no integrity and clearly don’t care about the customers…just orders.

AUNo Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery Ordered guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery and paid extra for that. Over $700 worth of products and they delivered the package on the 9th of February. In the dead of winter middle of America, flowers sitting on the porch for several days no one to recieve them. Not even signature guarantee option for a $700+ flower order. Great job Venus Et Fleur. Never again will you rip me off. Previously had to cancel an order with them and that took over 30 min on the phone even though they admitted the fault.
