USTotally damaged! I received these an anonymous gift from someone, but unfortunately received the flowers totally smushed and damaged, definitely does not look like anything on their website. I reached out to them hoping they would send a new box, and they did not help at all! Said they couldn't find the order since I didn't know who purchased them, so they wouldn't do anything! Awful customer service for such an expensive product

USHusband ordered online and realized… Husband ordered online and realized immediately he made a mistake and ordered two. He called them right away and they told him they would not cancel the second order since it was already processing. Well processing an order and having the order made is two different things. I can Understand if the order was already made, but it was only processing and he called immediately. Disputed one of the orders with our cc and venus sent back their cancellation policy. Shady practice for policy’s. They also claimed that both had been delivered which they were, but after we had filed the claim and he called tried to cancel the second one. Take your business else where..they have no integrity and clearly don’t care about the customers…just orders.

USMy order arrived late and missed my… My order arrived late and missed my wife's birthday. I kept messaging them on IG trying to get an answer but they don't respond to DMs. Flowers finally arrived three days after expected delivery date. Two stars because quality was not bad

USSad, Wilted, Curled Pedals Wilted, Curled, Hard Pedals I used Venus et Fleur previously and loved my arrangement, but this time my flowers (mixed orchids seashell) are sad and wilted and the smell was so powerful I had to keep them in the garage for a week. Just a hot mess at the incredibly steep price of $694.32. I contacted the company and sent photos asking for replacement for return, but I am being ignored.

USNo customer service The concept of flowers that last as long, as they say, sounds wonderful. But unfortunately, they do not stand behind their service. Now and then I am sure every company has a problem making a delivery. You expect the company to try at least to solve the problem. Especially since making sure the merchandise makes it to its destination is a crucial part of any business. Venus ET Fleur does not seem concerned about this. Delivery for them is just getting the item out the door. If it makes it to the destination is not their problem. Since I never got the flower, I can't judge its quality. But since Venus ET Fleur did not care to address its lack of delivery, I can atest its customer service. There isn't one.
