Zero Stars: Baby Blue is a Scam Same story as others: order cancelled with no explanation, refund withheld. I strongly encourage anyone who’s dealt with Baby Blue to file a fraud report with the FTC, as I’ve done after seeing the reports here and on other sites. It doesn’t take long and may be the only way to shut them down.

When I initially didn’t receive a refund after two business days and didn’t get a response from a follow up email, I went into panic mode, especially after reading the bad reviews. I just felt I needed to be honest and give you all an update. Hope it works out for the rest of you.

Place is a rip off an order was placed… Place is a rip off an order was placed with them then they canceled the order but instead of refunding the money they charged my account twice and when I called then I was told it was untrue so I sent the screens hot of transaction and called back and was told I needed receipt from bank even though screenshot showed there company name and amount that was charged. So I'm filing police report
