USOrdered flowers and didn't get refund Ordered flowers. They said they couldn't fulfill my order, so they would give me a full refund within 5 days. It has been over a week and still no refund. I can't believe they would do this, but they did.

USWife ordered flowers for a funeral on… Wife ordered flowers for a funeral on March 20, 2024, she thought she forgot to sign the card, called back and was told the order has been canceled because the funeral was out of the delivery area. Attempted several phone calls, was promised that it would be refunded, and still hasn't happened nearly a month later. Avoid these people and shop with a legitimate business. They have earned the low star rating and should be lower.

USDon't Use Baby Blue Florest-Complete Scam!!! I placed an order that totaled $82.76 on 10/12/2023, then the order was immediately cancelled with a refund promised. I called several times, but all I got was an email confirming the refund pending in 2 business days. I never got my money back and confirmed with my bank that the charge was made on 10/12/23, cleared my bank on 10/16/23 and there was no refund ever posted to my account. This was a birthday present for a child's 7th birthday and I have tried all I know to do to obtain my money. The order was not filled and the bank won't dispute the charges to assist me with obtaining a refund either. Their customer service only identified the refund was owed and claimed it was done, but I paid for this service through Baby Blue Florist and the emails came from Sarata Flowers. Buyers be very aware that they are thieves, and I would never recommend spending money with this company.

USPlace is a rip off an order was placed… Place is a rip off an order was placed with them then they canceled the order but instead of refunding the money they charged my account twice and when I called then I was told it was untrue so I sent the screens hot of transaction and called back and was told I needed receipt from bank even though screenshot showed there company name and amount that was charged. So I'm filing police report

USThis company took my money. This company took my money. I ordered flowers. A day later I received an email that for some unknown reason my order had to be cancelled and that my money was going to be refunded. Almost a month later and the company does not respond to my email inquiries. Money was never refunded.
