If I could leave ZERO stars I would If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I have tried on more than one occasion to order from this company only to be told the address is undeliverable. What funeral home do you know of would be undeliverable? Same thing with a downtown address. They said my money would be refunded to no avail and this goes on since May & June 2023. It is now The late part of January, 2024.

I have contacted Baby Blue Florist 3 times and they told me it's in the process of a refund but am still waiting. They don’t even deserve one star They don’t even deserve one star! It’s a fraud in which I was charged but no one got flowers nor any communication about said delivery. I could only find an email for customer service no phone #. I sent emails twice and received zero response. I’m currently having investigation through the bank to try to recover money. Also found on BBB it’s not accredited and there are alerts for bad business

Baby Blue works through another scam… Baby Blue works through another scam company named Sarata Florists. Sarata Florists keep telling me they will refund my money after a cancelled order but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Both companies are a scam. Disgusting!

Shady practices Purchased flowers to be delivered the same day but order was canceled moments later saying that the “florist couldn’t make the delivery”. I would receive the refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later and multiple emails back and forth and I am still waiting but advised to be patient. After reading all of the other reviews I will be contacting my bank and the BBB. Don’t give these people your money. Update- I was contacted and refunded after leaving this review.
