I have contacted Baby Blue Florist 3 times and they told me it's in the process of a refund but am still waiting. Stay away from this company Stay away from this company! My bf placed an order, it was canceled with a refund promised, but he's yet to see his money back. Reading reviews, it's clear we're not alone. Deceptive practices seem to be their standard. Beware and find a trustworthy alternative. It's frustrating to see that despite countless complaints and shared stories, this company continues to operate in such a deceitful manner.

This company took my money. This company took my money. I ordered flowers. A day later I received an email that for some unknown reason my order had to be cancelled and that my money was going to be refunded. Almost a month later and the company does not respond to my email inquiries. Money was never refunded.

Baby Blue works through another scam… Baby Blue works through another scam company named Sarata Florists. Sarata Florists keep telling me they will refund my money after a cancelled order but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Both companies are a scam. Disgusting!
