Baby Blue works through another scam… Baby Blue works through another scam company named Sarata Florists. Sarata Florists keep telling me they will refund my money after a cancelled order but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Both companies are a scam. Disgusting!

Place is a rip off an order was placed… Place is a rip off an order was placed with them then they canceled the order but instead of refunding the money they charged my account twice and when I called then I was told it was untrue so I sent the screens hot of transaction and called back and was told I needed receipt from bank even though screenshot showed there company name and amount that was charged. So I'm filing police report

They don’t even deserve one star They don’t even deserve one star! It’s a fraud in which I was charged but no one got flowers nor any communication about said delivery. I could only find an email for customer service no phone #. I sent emails twice and received zero response. I’m currently having investigation through the bank to try to recover money. Also found on BBB it’s not accredited and there are alerts for bad business

I recently wrote a poor review… I recently wrote a poor review regarding an order on June 5th that was not delivered and I was not notified. An associate from the company named Hazel contacted and made sure my money was refunded and a free bouquet was delivered. I appreciate the effort that was made. Sounds like your company is making a real effort to get the kinks worked out. Thank you.

Ordered flowers 11/18/23 for my… Ordered flowers 11/18/23 for my Sister-in-law who had surgery was notetafied moments later couldn't deliver and money would be refunded, still waiting 12/19/23. I have contacted Baby Blue Florist 3 times and they told me it's in the process of a refund but am still waiting. Didn't read the reviews but should have, probably a scam, don't order from this website. Karen Brown
