GBThe installer was unable to install a… The installer was unable to install a majority of the work. In addition, he didn’t turn away when I entered my security code which made me uncomfortable. He was on his phone chit chatting with someone the entire time he was at my home (talking about PTO and a vacation request). Overall, this was a disappointing experience and now I will need to use CPI as well as ring cameras and a ring doorbell installed.

GBGreat customer service The person I talked to on the phone who built the system was very knowledgeable and up front about the system and costs. The technicians who installed were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me a class on how to run they system. Keep up the good work.
