GBThe installer was unable to install a… The installer was unable to install a majority of the work. In addition, he didn’t turn away when I entered my security code which made me uncomfortable. He was on his phone chit chatting with someone the entire time he was at my home (talking about PTO and a vacation request). Overall, this was a disappointing experience and now I will need to use CPI as well as ring cameras and a ring doorbell installed.

GBOur installer made our experience nice. Dawnley Joseph seemed to be very thorough. Carefully removing old equipment, hiding wires where wire were necessary, cleaning up as he went. He was patient and helpful in deciding the location of equipment. He cared about our experience in all of this, he was not just there to knock out another system and be on his way. He spent time explaining the system, and the app.
