On time On time. Experienced Technician. Technician gave detailed overview of products. Made sure we felt comfortable with system before he left

The installer was unable to install a… The installer was unable to install a majority of the work. In addition, he didn’t turn away when I entered my security code which made me uncomfortable. He was on his phone chit chatting with someone the entire time he was at my home (talking about PTO and a vacation request). Overall, this was a disappointing experience and now I will need to use CPI as well as ring cameras and a ring doorbell installed.

Hayden came today to check our cameras… Hayden came today to check our cameras and alarms and he got my key fob to work. It wasn't just his technical ability that impressed me, it was his personality. He was cheerful, polite, and friendly. He was a joy to have in our home. Great job Hayden!

Zaimarie was a pleasure! Zaimarie was very helpful. She knew about my issue from a previous call. She went out of her way to try to find a cheaper solution to solve my SVR issue and gave me several options to choose from. She was very polite and courteous. I have appointment on the day and time frame I asked for. Will definitely contact her again if I have any more issues but hopefully I won’t have to. You have an awesome employee!!
