I ordered two garage opener devices I ordered two garage opener devices. I'm finding they are creating interference between the opener fob in my car and the garage opener itself. I cannot open my doors no further away than the end of my driveway. Per konnected.io article, I have put ferrite cores on the power line of the konnected.io garage opener devices and also the power cable to the garage opener. I have also moved them a bit further away from the garage opener. Nothing is helping.

Replaced Gen 1 with the Pro Replaced older Gen 1 system with the new Pro and super easy to integrate with SmartThings. Customer service is always top notch!! Easy to install and set up taking about 4 hours to be up and Konnected!

Overall love the product Overall love the product. Very compact and well thought out. Coming from a somewhat old school I would like to see a little bit better installation “manual” maybe one or two printed pages. Had to do a lot of clicking around to get all the pieces of info. Although Andy is really is very responsive with Q & A. I would certainly recommend your products and plan on installing in a few other places. Also, could not do the initial start up with iOS had to use android device.

It went pretty well It went pretty well, however setting up with Alexa was a problem. You have to go into Alexa and make some settings before the Konnected side of it is able to continue. Sorry I can't be more specific but I just going back and forth till I got it. Suggest you do a set up specifically for Alexa and then you will see the issue. Otherwise very easy.

Fantastic System! This system is fantastic. It installed just as easily as the videos said it would, and it works perfectly. My challenge is making all of my automation software work with it, but there are plenty of videos out there to tutor that depending on what setup you have. Great product that does what it professes to do. Thanks!
