I ordered two garage opener devices I ordered two garage opener devices. I'm finding they are creating interference between the opener fob in my car and the garage opener itself. I cannot open my doors no further away than the end of my driveway. Per konnected.io article, I have put ferrite cores on the power line of the konnected.io garage opener devices and also the power cable to the garage opener. I have also moved them a bit further away from the garage opener. Nothing is helping.

Coming from a somewhat old school I would like to see a little bit better installation “manual” maybe one or two printed pages. Had to do a lot of clicking around to get all the pieces of info. Although Andy is really is very responsive with Q & A. I would certainly recommend your products and plan on installing in a few other places. Also, could not do the initial start up with iOS had to use android device.

Great Customer Service I had a minor issue with a board I installed last December. A replacement was shipped out immediately. I am very pleased with the ability to modernize my old wired system. Using the reliable wired system has the advantage of no battery operated sensors. The best of both worlds.
