GBGreat Customer Service I had a minor issue with a board I installed last December. A replacement was shipped out immediately. I am very pleased with the ability to modernize my old wired system. Using the reliable wired system has the advantage of no battery operated sensors. The best of both worlds.

GBIMO, the best DIY system for wired homes I needed a new main board, but determining that was a challenge. Finding the replacement part was easy, however finding the support article that outlined the need for a new board was challenging. Apparently, a storm caused the Siren relay to short and activate the siren all the time. But this article was difficult to located to determine how to get the system fixed and back online. Maybe I needed to open a support ticket? Anyway, it's a minor thing, but worth noting. Otherwise, I'm a very big fan of the Konnected product.
