CAIt has been very easy to integrate and… It has been very easy to integrate and get everything work. Lot of info available on the internet from the community for troubleshooting, if ever need it. Highly recommend it. Using it successfully for security alarm and garage opener.

GBI must commend the Konnected tech Andy I must commend the Konnected tech Andy Wolf... He tried for weeks to get me back connected to my SmartThings hub. My original Konnected device would no longer connect anymore. We tried everything. I finally came to the conclusion the unit went bad. I purchased a new one... And again Andy was there to help me connect it which was not an easy task! I have to give him a lot of credit for his patients and perseverance!

GBOverall love the product Overall love the product. Very compact and well thought out. Coming from a somewhat old school I would like to see a little bit better installation “manual” maybe one or two printed pages. Had to do a lot of clicking around to get all the pieces of info. Although Andy is really is very responsive with Q & A. I would certainly recommend your products and plan on installing in a few other places. Also, could not do the initial start up with iOS had to use android device.

GBGreat Customer Service I had a minor issue with a board I installed last December. A replacement was shipped out immediately. I am very pleased with the ability to modernize my old wired system. Using the reliable wired system has the advantage of no battery operated sensors. The best of both worlds.
