I got the Konnected alarm panel interface kit and connected it to my AVANTI XP alarm. It's working great (can arm/disarm remotly, can tell if/when/where intrusion occurred remotely. Easy to install and only one issue to resolve. If alarm is triggered (by dog), I can turn it off remotely but has to be reset by keypad before can be armed again on app. Still working on this issue and I must contact konnected help to see if they have a resolution. Overall, great service & Products.

I ordered two garage opener devices I ordered two garage opener devices. I'm finding they are creating interference between the opener fob in my car and the garage opener itself. I cannot open my doors no further away than the end of my driveway. Per konnected.io article, I have put ferrite cores on the power line of the konnected.io garage opener devices and also the power cable to the garage opener. I have also moved them a bit further away from the garage opener. Nothing is helping.

So far so good So far so good. I have had the equipment for a few months and had been working flawlessly. Customer service is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience, would recommend to whoever wants to convert their wired sensors to a smart system.

Watching the videos I was able to swap out my ADT system for the Konnected one in well under an hour (expected to be there several hours, even brought a sandwich). Nope just swapped right out, plugged it in and bam there it was in Home Assistant.

Works as expected Works as expected, this has prevented problems in the past when we get power bumps and the equipment gets locked up and needs a reset. So far, all equipment connected to these units have been working without issues.
