Adequate The trees are nice (we own two), but not the best. Both of the trees we purchased were not what we expected when they arrived. But on both occasions, we talked ourselves into keeping them, because we were just plain tired of shopping for trees. Despite their alleged quality and superiority, they are too expensive for what you get.

After the purchase I received about 4 fraudulent charges from random businesses (almost like your credit card software had been compromised). I tried to call and explain but the representative either did not under what I was saying or extremely arrogant like it was impossible for it to happen the way I described.

older and still buying. … I have purchased item from Balsam Hill for decades--wreaths, Christmas trees, mantle decorations and outside foliage. I am almost 86 and still doing it. There is a reason: Great quality, colors last, and wonderful service.

Sorely disappointed The blue hanging basket looked nothing like the picture. The flowers did not even fill the basket. I sent a picture to show what it looked like. The other basket I ordered was perfect as usual. Very disappointed in the first however.

The wreath is far smaller than the… The wreath is far smaller than the dimensions listed on the site. Several flowers also fell off immediately after hanging it. Very disappointed to have an overpriced and undersized wreath.
