LOVE Balsam Hill! I have ordered several items from Balsam Hill, and all have been absolutely stunning and beautiful quality. I had a minor issue with one item in my last order which Balsam Hill's excellent customer service team instantly and professionally remedied. Very highly recommend Balsam Hill.

I called customer service because I was… I called customer service because I was sent the incorrect return label of what I had asked for To be returned. I indicated what I was returning and then in the comments section, I stated how I enjoyed the Dahlia to set pot filler instead, they sent me a return label for the Dahlia set. I was just commenting on how I enjoyed that product. Andy was awesome. He was patient despite the fact that I was a bit upset, sending me the wrong label. He gave awesome customer service. He indicated he would credit my account for the amount of what I wanted to return and oh my goodness told me I could keep the item which I was willing to return. Must you have made for life I look forward to fall plants and Christmas items. Thank you so much, Andy to your department was patient and understanding

I used a credit to make my purchase I used a credit to make my purchase. The credit was dormant (no activity for the past 10 months). After the purchase I received about 4 fraudulent charges from random businesses (almost like your credit card software had been compromised). I tried to call and explain but the representative either did not under what I was saying or extremely arrogant like it was impossible for it to happen the way I described.

Quick & Easy Good help from a customer service representative and quick shipment of the order. Can’t wait until Christmas.

Their quick reply to my email and their… Their quick reply to my email and their fixing the problem fast. I was sent decorated garland not the tree that I ordered .. After a few pics all was made right.
