I’ve bought a total of 3 trees from… I’ve bought a total of 3 trees from this company. I have found the quality of these trees to be phenomenal. The ones I’ve purchased are the most realistic trees. I get compliments all the time on the trees when I put them up and people always think they’re real. But when they don’t see a watering stand at the bottom, they’ll ask how I can make it look so great without water and I have to tell them it’s not a real tree and they are totally shocked. I love that. The real feel of the tree feels like it a living tree and I even get the scent sticks that smell like Christmas trees and I put them in there so when people walk by they smell that and that helps them to believe that it’s a real tree trees. I’ve been buying trees for decades, and these are by far the best trees I’ve ever purchased .

LOVE Balsam Hill! I have ordered several items from Balsam Hill, and all have been absolutely stunning and beautiful quality. I had a minor issue with one item in my last order which Balsam Hill's excellent customer service team instantly and professionally remedied. Very highly recommend Balsam Hill.

Adequate The trees are nice (we own two), but not the best. Both of the trees we purchased were not what we expected when they arrived. But on both occasions, we talked ourselves into keeping them, because we were just plain tired of shopping for trees. Despite their alleged quality and superiority, they are too expensive for what you get.

The wreath was beautiful and well-… The wreath was beautiful and well- crafted: a note to avoid misunderstanding. Please insert a piece of paper in the box that says, " Wreath needs to be 'fluffed' out to measure the accurate size." I thought I was sent a 22" wreath when I ordered a 28" wreath -- didn't know to 'spread' out the flowers for accurate size. Would eliminate a string of customer service calls.
