GBIf I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of carpet tiles and it in no way indicted that these were otherwise damaged or cast offs from the factory line but that's exactly what I received. Most of the box had either the backing partially ripped off, carpet tile was torn, or contained a cosmetic defect in the tile. Terrible experience, if I could get my money back I would. Never, ever purchase from Carpet Tile Depot.

We’ve placed our order for the home office floor and we’re looking forward to the installation. We’re installing the carpet tile ourselves so we’re trusting in the tutorial video for accuracy. GBPurchasing the items was easyl Purchasing the items was easy. We only had a problem with miscommunication between Carpet Depot and the freight company. We never received a notice that the package was on its way and they called me once they were at the drop off location and I was not available until the next day. Other than that everything was great! I wish I could show you the product that we installed. The color and description was what we saw on the website. I recommend this company.

GBHuge disappointment Huge disappointment! Ordered all remaining stock, 6 boxes, of 1 carpet tile. Called before placing order and representative confirmed inventory and suggested placing order online. Next day order status is changed to completed, pending pickup, and the BOL is viewable online. A week goes by status is not changed, still waiting for pickup. I call a few times and finally reach somebody. They inform me they have not shipped because they only have 4 of the 6 boxes. Company confirmed inventory when I called on product they did not actually have, failed to communicate after finding out there was a problem, and delayed my project.
