Another vendor sent a raggedy cut piece of carpet that we couldn't tell very much from, with exception to the quality of how the request was handled. You made a definite impression with the full size samples that we could place in the room and 'see' how it would look! We are definitely leaning towards you as a provider. Really bad purchasing experience Absolute worst. Chatted about availability of an item. Assured it was in stock and would arrive in 3-5 days. 2 days later, receive an email that they are unable to get the item, even though I wrote and asked before purchasing and was told it was in hand.

My order arrived early?! My order arrived early - twice. But this is a good thing actually. My original ship date was meant to be 5/4 but it ended up shipping on 4/5. I got the call to arrange delivery, and I gave them Thursday because of other deliveries - it ended up arriving unannounced on Tuesday…but it turned out to be a rainy Thursday, so it all worked out in the end. Docking a star off because of that, otherwise, great experience all around.

We fell short of material and couldnt… We fell short of material and couldnt finish the job. Luckily, Carpet tile depot had some leftover stock of the carpet we needed to finish the job. Very fast shipping. Very inclined to do more business in the future.

So far so good. The ordering and shipping was very easy and delivery was faster than I expected. The carpet tiles won’t be installed till next spring so I can’t yet comment on that. However, I did order a sample before I placed my order and was very happy with the appearance and quality of the product.
