Beautiful Selection & Genuinely Helpful and Informative Service There are many, many choices at Carpet Tile Depot, including some medium-green offerings and eco-friendly glue as well. I needed to find something suitably neutral but interesting, that could be shipped quickly. Jeremy helped me three times, by email and by phone. He helped with questions I did and did not know to ask! As as result, I felt confident about my decisions on style and value, the right grade and quantity to order, and the type of adhesive best suited for my project. Be aware that shipping charges can be high (but are fair) due to the weight of these items. Delivery came ahead of schedule, and in these times, that is unusual and something to appreciate. Highly recommend.

Carpet Tile Depot offered the best… Carpet Tile Depot offered the best price for the carpet tile I selected. It was delivered by the date indicated. Having the option to pick up at a local terminal was nice and saved us some money on shipping charges. From what I could tell, the tiles were packaged well and in good condition. Customer service at Carpet Tile Depot and the terminal were great. I would definitely keep Carpet Tile Depot in mind for future needs. Thank you!

Quick and BEAUTIFUL samples! All of the samples were sent quickly and in great shape. The note on the back on how to install is a GAME CHANGER for this newby DIY'er! Another vendor sent a raggedy cut piece of carpet that we couldn't tell very much from, with exception to the quality of how the request was handled. You made a definite impression with the full size samples that we could place in the room and 'see' how it would look! We are definitely leaning towards you as a provider. Thank you for your prompt and efficient response.

If I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of carpet tiles and it in no way indicted that these were otherwise damaged or cast offs from the factory line but that's exactly what I received. Most of the box had either the backing partially ripped off, carpet tile was torn, or contained a cosmetic defect in the tile. Terrible experience, if I could get my money back I would. Never, ever purchase from Carpet Tile Depot.

Good product and timely delivery Our carpet tiles arrived quickly and in good condition. We haven't installed it yet because of lengthy floor preparation but we have laid the tiles out and they look great. Customer service is great. I have to say that the shipping costs were way more than we were expecting but we decided it was worth it to get higher-quality carpet tiles than we could get at the local home improvement stores.
