USReally bad purchasing experience Absolute worst. Chatted about availability of an item. Assured it was in stock and would arrive in 3-5 days. 2 days later, receive an email that they are unable to get the item, even though I wrote and asked before purchasing and was told it was in hand.

USOther than the cost of getting them… Other than the cost of getting them delivered, everything went very smoothly. Amount of delivery charge for a small project made it almost not cost-effective. There should be another way for you to get product delivered for less delivery expense. I am in the piano and organ business, and I ship organs across the country, much more reasonable than your shipping tile squares. I am planning on renewing my show room and also some more work at home and would like to have a better way to deliver the tiles. Thank you.

USWe fell short of material and couldnt… We fell short of material and couldnt finish the job. Luckily, Carpet tile depot had some leftover stock of the carpet we needed to finish the job. Very fast shipping. Very inclined to do more business in the future.
