I did some research and chose Ultimate Mats because I came across some of their product at Amazon and they appeared to be high quality with good reviews. I was distrustful of potential counterfeits, so I went directly to the Ultimate Mat website. The variety of colors were greater and the size choices were better. The color I chose turned out to be perfect. I was afraid it might not work, but it is incredible! We replaced a different manufacturer's mat, This mat is much thicker than the previous and will last much longer. The quality is much better. I will order again from Ultimate Mats and recommend them absolutely.

Only one tiny negative aspect The ONLY thing I wish was different was the fact that I think the non-carpeted part of the rug needs to be a little more heavier duty especially around the edges. It's not flimsy but I was expecting a little bit beefier edge for some reason. Besides that, they shipped out insanely fast after I gave them the go ahead and look awesome. Like, the ink was barely dry on my check to them and my 3 rugs had already arrived. Diane was great to work with even though this was a priority then fell off the priority list for a while but then when it got back on my priority list, she was happy to help finish the transaction.

Turnaround on the making of the rug and shipping was really fast and the cost was very competitive. Customer service was great, reply time was super fast. Waterhog entrance mats for Dr's office Good choices of size & color & delivery time wasn't long. Glad to get discounted prices compared to other sites & have same quality & appearance. We use the rugs in high traffic office entrances where we often have to deal with water, snow, salt, & dirt. The rugs keeps a good appearance in spite of what it holds & is easily vacuumed clean plus the floors are not as wet as before.
