Only one tiny negative aspect The ONLY thing I wish was different was the fact that I think the non-carpeted part of the rug needs to be a little more heavier duty especially around the edges. It's not flimsy but I was expecting a little bit beefier edge for some reason. Besides that, they shipped out insanely fast after I gave them the go ahead and look awesome. Like, the ink was barely dry on my check to them and my 3 rugs had already arrived. Diane was great to work with even though this was a priority then fell off the priority list for a while but then when it got back on my priority list, she was happy to help finish the transaction.

They worked as a dedciated team and we received our product in tip top perfect shape. We were very pleased and our guests that have returned just to see the outcome were so excited. Fantastic custom rugs for heavy traffic retail store. Ultimate Mats offers the best pricing, customer service that can't be beat, and a superb product. We ordered our first set of three rugs with our logo for our heavy traffic retail store four years ago and they are still going strong. Ordering was easy, communication was friendly and fast and the rugs arrived so much faster than we anticipated. We just ordered three more rugs and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Quality for literally half the price. I looked at at least 5 other mat stores online and they all wanted to charge me $100 for an artwork fee then another $100 for one mat itself. Well then I found ultimate mats and got TWO mats for about $150 TOTAL. And these mats that I received match any out there for quality and appearance. I will be ordering again for sure.
