I was very please with my logo mate. When I received my mate there were an error, after checking the proof that I sent the error was made due to and over sight on my behalf. I was very concerned that the company (Ultimate Mate) may not be able to assist me with my problem unless I would have to spent extra $$$, I was wrong Ultimate Mate help me out!! and I did not have to pay a cent, which was an answer to my prayer.

Ordering was easy. Ordering was easy. I like the quality of the mats. Am a long time customer. I would have given 5 stars but the last mat does not lay flat a 100%. There are a few little waves on the long sides where it does not lay flat.

Excellent Customer Service, very fast shipping, wonderful product The finished product was very high quality and I honestly can't believe how quickly I received a proof, and even more amazing was how fast I received the finish product! My first email inquiry was on 11/2/16 (which was promptly answered) and I had the finished product delivered on 11/14/16... a custom order at my doorstep 8 business days later!! amazing!! Great Job ~ I would definitely recommend this company to others and will not hesitate to order again.

Quality for literally half the price. I looked at at least 5 other mat stores online and they all wanted to charge me $100 for an artwork fee then another $100 for one mat itself. Well then I found ultimate mats and got TWO mats for about $150 TOTAL. And these mats that I received match any out there for quality and appearance. I will be ordering again for sure.
