The products are quality and work well The products are quality and work well. I have multiple ozone generators including the WiFi ones and a portable one for car/fridge. Also the solar for water purification and one for ozonating water for cleaning things. They do well what they are supposed to do, but don’t expect a polished app or apple-level-user experience. However do expect reliability and robustness, that is why I’m giving 5 stars. Although the app needs to get fully translated from Chinese and some bugs cleaned up. The devices are still great at their basic functionality. I’m satisfied.

Great company, great product We had an airthereal filter for maybe 2 months and the display started doing wonky things where you couldn’t quite read it properly if numbers were higher. We reached out to warranty support and they were super quick to respond and ask all the questions and provide options. I was really pleased with the filter to begin with but knowing customer support is so strong, we like it even more. Thank you!!!

I ordered my first product (Ozone… I ordered my first product (Ozone machine) from them via Home Depot. Product itself arrived great, early even. Problem was, the hard plastic safety door hanger was snapped/broken. I contacted the co directly, sent a pic, asked for a replacement, they promptly sent me TWO and had EXCELLENT communication with me, even when I was so busy, I couldn't always respond! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!!

True quality products and customer support! I have owned a used their portable ozone machine for about a year now through this pandemic to sanitize our masks and then our shoes. I only needed to contact support once and my concern was handled within 48 business hours. Great products and great customer support! Special thank you to Grace for handling my warranty service. I bought an ozone machine a few weeks… I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!). The ozonator is very well-built, powerful and effective. Very happy. Porch pirates: 1 Fedex: 1 Airthereal: 10 :-)
