I bought an ozone machine a few weeks… I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!). The ozonator is very well-built, powerful and effective. Very happy. Porch pirates: 1 Fedex: 1 Airthereal: 10 :-)

One of the LED display bars went dark… One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Great company, great product We had an airthereal filter for maybe 2 months and the display started doing wonky things where you couldn’t quite read it properly if numbers were higher. We reached out to warranty support and they were super quick to respond and ask all the questions and provide options. I was really pleased with the filter to begin with but knowing customer support is so strong, we like it even more. Thank you!!!

We could no longer read the digital… We could no longer read the digital display on our APH260 HEPA Air Purifier. We reported this under the warranty and we worked via email with Terry. He quickly sent us a new unit under the warranty. Then he wrote us a few days after we received our replacement unit to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service and follow up.

Just a happy repeat customer.. It started with a search for a better water ozone generator. In form, function, and longevity, Airthereal has been miles beyond others in their range. Further still, the company itself needs some praise. Generous in promotions, attentive customer service, professionalism, and even follow through. I am so impressed! I have gladly made several referrals for the water ozone generator without any affiliation because I am a much satisfied customer and not afraid to tell others. I’ve see what ozone can do and I’ve seen how this company operates. Well done Airthereal, thank you! *Special Thank You to the customer service rep for all the professionalism, patience, kindness, and follow up. Sky’s the limit!
