GBSatisfying experience with the service department After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.

GBI purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame… I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame EF23-PB Electric Fireplace Logs, 23" and couldn't be happier. It provides both the extra heat and ambiance I was looking for in the room (and it's a lot quieter than you'd expect!) I love that you can change both the heat and flame level remotely. I highly recommend watching the amazon video describing it too. Really, really recommend this.

GBI contacted customer service after my… I contacted customer service after my ozone machine stopped working after 2 years of use. They were very helpful in finding my problem, and after sending the info on the machine, they replaced it free of charge. Couldn't have asked for better service! 10 stars.

GBExcellant customer service I haven't run across many companies providing the kind of service Grace at Airthereal gave me, all done by email. She quickly offered several options to rectify a problem with the unit. I chose the replacement option on Dec. 18 which was delivered Dec 24th. Amazing, given the Christmas delivery crunch.
