GBI contacted customer service after my… I contacted customer service after my ozone machine stopped working after 2 years of use. They were very helpful in finding my problem, and after sending the info on the machine, they replaced it free of charge. Couldn't have asked for better service! 10 stars.

GBWe could no longer read the digital… We could no longer read the digital display on our APH260 HEPA Air Purifier. We reported this under the warranty and we worked via email with Terry. He quickly sent us a new unit under the warranty. Then he wrote us a few days after we received our replacement unit to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service and follow up.

GBGreat company, great product We had an airthereal filter for maybe 2 months and the display started doing wonky things where you couldn’t quite read it properly if numbers were higher. We reached out to warranty support and they were super quick to respond and ask all the questions and provide options. I was really pleased with the filter to begin with but knowing customer support is so strong, we like it even more. Thank you!!!

GBThe support staff at Airthereal was… The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

GBSatisfying experience with the service department After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.
