USSatisfying experience with the service department After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.

USCustomer and tech support are fabulous! Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.

CAExcellent customer service Excellent customer service, if all companies were this good at it would be in better place.had rubberized pads on bottom of ozone unit were disintegrating, one email and I had shipment coming over from manufacturer.in second instance, timer ozone unit broke off, one call and customer service, Laura, arrange replacement shipped to me straight from factory. USOne of the LED display bars went dark… One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.

USWe could no longer read the digital… We could no longer read the digital display on our APH260 HEPA Air Purifier. We reported this under the warranty and we worked via email with Terry. He quickly sent us a new unit under the warranty. Then he wrote us a few days after we received our replacement unit to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service and follow up.
