The support staff at Airthereal was… The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

I bought an ozone machine a few weeks… I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!). The ozonator is very well-built, powerful and effective. Very happy. Porch pirates: 1 Fedex: 1 Airthereal: 10 :-)

Customer and tech support are fabulous! Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.

I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame… I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame EF23-PB Electric Fireplace Logs, 23" and couldn't be happier. It provides both the extra heat and ambiance I was looking for in the room (and it's a lot quieter than you'd expect!) I love that you can change both the heat and flame level remotely. I highly recommend watching the amazon video describing it too. Really, really recommend this.
