Customer and tech support are fabulous! Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.

I contacted customer service after my… I contacted customer service after my ozone machine stopped working after 2 years of use. They were very helpful in finding my problem, and after sending the info on the machine, they replaced it free of charge. Couldn't have asked for better service! 10 stars.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, if all companies were this good at it would be in better place.had rubberized pads on bottom of ozone unit were disintegrating, one email and I had shipment coming over from manufacturer.in second instance, timer ozone unit broke off, one call and customer service, Laura, arrange replacement shipped to me straight from factory. Satisfying experience with the service department After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.
