GBI ordered my first product (Ozone… I ordered my first product (Ozone machine) from them via Home Depot. Product itself arrived great, early even. Problem was, the hard plastic safety door hanger was snapped/broken. I contacted the co directly, sent a pic, asked for a replacement, they promptly sent me TWO and had EXCELLENT communication with me, even when I was so busy, I couldn't always respond! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!!

GBCustomer service is excellent! Airthereal customer service is excellent! After 2 months of using their 27kW tankless water heater, it just stopped heating water one day. I checked a few things and then called up support. They got back to me very quickly and had me test a few more things and send some pictures. Finally, before making me go through the trouble of replacing the whole unit, they sent me a video walking me through how to clean out the water flow sensor and that got me back up and running. Their customer service was prompt, respectful, and most of all, actually helpful.

GBI purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame… I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame EF23-PB Electric Fireplace Logs, 23" and couldn't be happier. It provides both the extra heat and ambiance I was looking for in the room (and it's a lot quieter than you'd expect!) I love that you can change both the heat and flame level remotely. I highly recommend watching the amazon video describing it too. Really, really recommend this.

CAExcellent customer service Excellent customer service, if all companies were this good at it would be in better place.had rubberized pads on bottom of ozone unit were disintegrating, one email and I had shipment coming over from manufacturer.in second instance, timer ozone unit broke off, one call and customer service, Laura, arrange replacement shipped to me straight from factory. Thank you again guys!

GBCustomer and tech support are fabulous! Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.
