GBThe support staff at Airthereal was… The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

GBCustomer service is excellent! Airthereal customer service is excellent! After 2 months of using their 27kW tankless water heater, it just stopped heating water one day. I checked a few things and then called up support. They got back to me very quickly and had me test a few more things and send some pictures. Finally, before making me go through the trouble of replacing the whole unit, they sent me a video walking me through how to clean out the water flow sensor and that got me back up and running. Their customer service was prompt, respectful, and most of all, actually helpful.

GBSatisfying experience with the service department After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.

GBI bought an ozone machine a few weeks… I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!). The ozonator is very well-built, powerful and effective. Very happy. Porch pirates: 1 Fedex: 1 Airthereal: 10 :-)

GBOne of the LED display bars went dark… One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.
