GBReally want to give a 5 star rating. Timely delivery, updates on progress. Beautiful product. Good customer service. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating but I can't because of the enormous amount of bubble wrap. (Especially w/ chair #2 which arrived first) Very environmentally unfriendly, and a burden to deal with. They are plastic chairs that fit in the box. Just a little protection around the edges should suffice.

GB2 month delay and damaged Our order got delayed by two months. There was no phone number to call for customer service although email responses were usually back within a day. Our media console arrived damaged with cracked and splintering wood on the inside. The customer service team did reach out and apologize for the delay and damages and gave us a partial refund for our product since we were unwilling to wait for a new piece of furniture.

GBeasy! legit website definitely was nervous if this was a legit website or not. pulled the trigger, then luckily got an email from cb2 directly confirming my coffee table was out for delivery. got it cheaper on lazy suzy vs cb2 and west elm, and got free shipping! cant beat that when each of those retailers charges 250 for delivery. smooth easy delivery, would definitely use again.
