GBWrong carpets were delivered. The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.

GBGreat customer service! Wow! RugPal was great to order from! I submitted an email to them after hours with a question about how their return policy works and I heard back within an hour even though they were already closed! The answer was succinct and very helpful. We then ordered our rug feeling confident that they will handle everything well. Received an email a day after my order announcing that the rug had shipped and we should be receiving it much sooner than I expected! Very happy with my shopping experience with them!

GBNot one complaint I am not that easy to please and not only do I not ordinarily do reviews, but I mostly do them as a cautionary tale to others. However, these guys deserve my time. Prices, quality, delivery, and response to questions and concerns were all worthy of five stars. I have since made another purchase and am probably going to go back for a third one. We just bought a house with more hardwood than before and I am so happy to not have to go to a bunch of sites before I buy.

GBRugPal very considerate and helpful. I ordered an indoor/outdoor runner to use indoors, not knowing that it would be so uncomfortable underfoot. The color and quality was good but I made a mistake in ordering this for indoor use. I paid $62.00 for the runner and return UPS shipping costs were $32.06! I decided to keep the rug rather than lose so much money. I had planned to order a total of 7 rugs online. I hope others will learn from my mistake. if you order it, be prepared to keep it, even if you don't like it. I notified RugPal of my dilemma and they were exceptionally considerate in helping resolve the problem.
