Outstanding Product and Customer Service Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :) I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!

Easy as pie! Great selection and deals galore! I've been looking for a rug for our Master Bedroom for about a month. I was getting frustrated at the lack of information and accuracy of many other online rug vendor sites. But then I came upon RugPal and was pleasantly surprised to find some very affordable rugs with great photos and size options. I took the big leap and ordered one along with a matching runner and am now anxiously awaiting its arrival. Upon checkout, I immediately received a friendly confirmation email and account login information - and later that day, received notification that my order had already shipped!! Super fast service - very impressed so far.

Tracking information sent three days … Tracking information sent three days after delivery. Requested signature upon delivery because we are not currently living at this residence and planned on being there the day it was to be delivered. Rug sat on front porch for two days one of which it was raining. Still don't have rug pad and have no idea where it is.

Great company so far,,,,,, I thought rugpal had a great selection of rugs at a fair and comparable price to other online sites. I was pleased with the ease of ordering my rug and the quick response time letting me know my item was on the way. (Less than two days) I can’t wait to receive it and see if I love it as much as I did the picture of it.

Provided me with my shipment and payment options, he then sent me the links to make sure the items were the correct ones I wanted. He finally arranged payment and shipment. Double his Stars for me please. RugPal CSR is excellent. The experience was way above what I was expecting.
