Both daughters ended up getting the same photo ( of my oldest daughter and her children). When I wrote explaining the error they claimed it was my error and sent me a coupon for free shipping. Very disappointing!

Very Disappointed Despite numerous, and I mean at least 10, attempts, I have not been able to open an account. However, I was anxious to purchase a custom letter collage for my husband for Valentine's so I did it as a guest. The gift came late and has a very dull, ivory (almost yellow) tint to the entire art work, whereas the advertisement photos, showed the all to be more pure white, which is the basis for using the photos I did. Very disappointed in the website (not user friendly at all for creating an account) and also in the final product.

Outstanding service and quality I have had about 20 pictures printed on various elements. Normal turnaround time is several weeks or longer. PictureItCustom delivered this in days! Outstanding. Excellent quality, fair prices. I highly recommend them and personally, won't look elsewhere the next time I want a picture made!

One of the pics had a little natural wood burn on it and it happened to be on the toddler’s face, so I asked them to replace JR and they sent a new one immediately. My friend absolutely loved the pics! I will definitely buy from here again.
