Great Customer Service & Product Letters turned out. Only problem was one letter had the wrong picture & wasn't all the way on. Talked to Customer Service, And they quickly took care of the situation and sent me a replacement. Totally happy & satisfied

Nice product but....... I ordered two sets of three "street signs". They had to be purchased in sets of three due to the requirements of a Groupon deal. They were all ordered at the same time and all six arrived in one small box with one tracking number. The metal wasn't quite as sturdy as I thought it would be but they do look very nice and my grandkids are going to love them at Christmas. I ordered them in a variety of colours which all turned out to be very vibrant. The lettering is well placed and they should last a long time. My criticism was in the shipping charges. I paid $34.00 each for two separate orders for a total of $68.00. ( the most economical option offered. I am a pensioner on a fixed income ). I assumed they would have refunded the second shipping charge once they realized they could package everything together in one order, with one tracking number and in one delivery, but they did not. $68.00 is too much for a small 1.5 pound box and I don't know why I was charged two shipping charges for one package. I will not order from Pictureitcustom again. Not because of the quality of their product, but because I feel that I was cheated by paying two charges for one delivery.

Love from Mom. I purchased the large street sign for Mother’s Day and it arrived in time. She loves it!! (Bought her one of these a few years back.) She specifically asked for another one as she lives on a ranch and wanted to name another driveway. Good quality sign and quick shipping. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique gift.

Fantastic! I made a custom wood letter with pictures of my family on it. It seems like a novel new twist on a collage. It was easy to use the system online to design it how I wanted and while I was a little apprehensive on how it would look in person, I was very pleasantly surprised for it to arrive looking absolutely fantastic. They even included mounting strips to assist in placing it where I want it to go. I will definitely look here again when looking for custom work.
