Great Customer Service & Product Letters turned out. Only problem was one letter had the wrong picture & wasn't all the way on. Talked to Customer Service, And they quickly took care of the situation and sent me a replacement. Totally happy & satisfied

I placed two separate orders using two… I placed two separate orders using two different photos for puzzles for each of my daughters as a Mother's Day gift. Both daughters ended up getting the same photo ( of my oldest daughter and her children). When I wrote explaining the error they claimed it was my error and sent me a coupon for free shipping. Very disappointing!

Wonderful all around! Wonderful quality clock! And EXCELLENT customer service. Our first package was lost. Not sure if it was stolen or usps lost it. After reaching out to the company they quickly sent us a new one with no hassle or extra cost. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
