I purchased a 12" circle metal picture… I purchased a 12" circle metal picture of my dog who passed away in Feb. The picture is WONDERFUL, I feel like he is looking at me, a wonderful memory for me. I liked it so much I got another print for our winter residence too. I just placed a order for a friend who lost her dog also in March, I know she will enjoy it. The service was GREAT, placed the order and had the picture delivered with in 7 to 10 days. Website was very user friendly, making placing the order fast and painless. I will be showing my picture to others and will suggest that they try Picture It Custom.

Nice product but....... I ordered two sets of three "street signs". They had to be purchased in sets of three due to the requirements of a Groupon deal. They were all ordered at the same time and all six arrived in one small box with one tracking number. The metal wasn't quite as sturdy as I thought it would be but they do look very nice and my grandkids are going to love them at Christmas. I ordered them in a variety of colours which all turned out to be very vibrant. The lettering is well placed and they should last a long time. My criticism was in the shipping charges. I paid $34.00 each for two separate orders for a total of $68.00. ( the most economical option offered. I am a pensioner on a fixed income ). I assumed they would have refunded the second shipping charge once they realized they could package everything together in one order, with one tracking number and in one delivery, but they did not. $68.00 is too much for a small 1.5 pound box and I don't know why I was charged two shipping charges for one package. I will not order from Pictureitcustom again. Not because of the quality of their product, but because I feel that I was cheated by paying two charges for one delivery.

You guys were perfect You guys were perfect. My daughter received her order for mother's day 4 days early! The pictures were very clear and she was overwhelmed crying after seeing my grandson on the wood letter! I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend your company!! Thank you!

I ordered four clocks from… I ordered four clocks from PictureItCustom. Three were gifts and my recipients all loved them. I bought one for my husband and it came out great. One thing to know--the hands on the clock are black on one side, off-white on the other, so you can use either side. We ordered our clock with off-white numerals and I was surprised that the hands were black. It took a few days before we realized that you can switch them. Overall, a great and innovative custom product!

I am a returning customer I am a returning customer. In my book that speaks volumes regarding the level of customer service and product quality. I have called before each order and each time the call has been answered by a real employee (not some 3rd party service) and every attempt has been afforded me to ensure the highest level of care has been achieved. Incredibly quick turn around for custom products, also. I could not possibly recommend Picture It Custom more! Thank you and I am confident to return as a customer again... And again.
