I placed two separate orders using two… I placed two separate orders using two different photos for puzzles for each of my daughters as a Mother's Day gift. Both daughters ended up getting the same photo ( of my oldest daughter and her children). When I wrote explaining the error they claimed it was my error and sent me a coupon for free shipping. Very disappointing!

I ordered four clocks from… I ordered four clocks from PictureItCustom. Three were gifts and my recipients all loved them. I bought one for my husband and it came out great. One thing to know--the hands on the clock are black on one side, off-white on the other, so you can use either side. We ordered our clock with off-white numerals and I was surprised that the hands were black. It took a few days before we realized that you can switch them. Overall, a great and innovative custom product!
