GBI accidentally put the wrong delivery… I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and was so worried my loved ones wouldn’t get my package. They were on my email first thing in the morning after my email and fixed my mistake. I’m so grateful! Will definitely use FRESHSENDS again!

GBFresh Sends is my go to for flowers Fresh Sends is my go to for flowers! I ordered flowers for my mother in law and they were delayed in getting to her before she went out of town. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and arranged for a new bouquet to be delivered to her. Overall great experience with them!

GBChange in order I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !

I had a bouquet that got stuck in transit due to weather and fresh sends sent a new bouquet right away, and offered great service.
