11/10 Customer Service 11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! Thank you FS for your amazing customer service x

The flowers are just as beautiful as you see online… My order was delayed an extra day, but they stepped up and sent another batch of flowers out.
