11/10 Customer Service 11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! Thank you FS for your amazing customer service x

Seriously the best flower delivery Seriously the best flower delivery! First off, the bouquets are STUNNING. The packaging is adorable, and the process/delivery is so easy. Not only that, but the selection of cards to send with the bouquet is unmatched. My friend’s grandfather passed away & I was able to choose a “praying for you” card which just made it so much more meaningful. And to top it all off, they wrap the bouquet in a super cute newspaper-like paper with an encouraging message. The one to my friend said “brighter days ahead” which was so fitting for the situation and made it even more thoughtful. I will only use Fresh Sends for flower delivery now!!

beautiful packaging not pretty flowers Very beautiful packaging. The flowers not so much. The first set was for a birthday gift and they arrived and only a few of the buds had bloomed. I had to go out and spend more money on another companies flowers because it was embarrassing to give that to someone. I kept them for myself and waited for them to bloom. They never did until the few that did died. I asked asked for my money back and they said they had a 72 hour return policy, which is interesting since it took longer than that to see if they would bloom. Instead they sent replacement flowers which was not what I wanted and a little too late for the reason I bought them. The replacement flowers were not the same level I had purchased and showed up already wilting and almost dead. Won’t use their company again. You can get much cheaper and prettier flowers just about anywhere else and with a vase.

Change in order I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !
