GBChange in order I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !

GBSo nice and helpful!!! I’m so thankful for this customer service. Amazing! I had trouble with my order for a friend and I was a little bummed, but Sunny was incredibly helpful and patient. They put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending Fresh Sends to friends and will be ordering for myself. Love the idea that you get a different bouquet every time, but the aesthetic is very what I’m looking for—modern, a little wild yet somehow clean. Thank you!!!

GBAmazing Customer Service Holiday and Sunny are both excellent customer service reps! Fresh Sends is a great company with great people behind the business. I will continue supporting them! The flowers are just as beautiful as you see online… My order was delayed an extra day, but they stepped up and sent another batch of flowers out.

GBFresh Sends never fails to send the… Fresh Sends never fails to send the most iconic bouquets, have the most generous service, and provide uplift to their customers day after day. I had a bouquet that got stuck in transit due to weather and fresh sends sent a new bouquet right away, and offered great service. Truly impressed by their turn around even through the delivery service trouble.
