The cutest delivery 🫶🏻 My daughter sent me these flowers for my birthday and it was the sweetest surprise in the cutest packaging! I had never heard of this company prior but will definitely use them in the future 🫶🏻

Seriously the best flower delivery Seriously the best flower delivery! First off, the bouquets are STUNNING. The packaging is adorable, and the process/delivery is so easy. Not only that, but the selection of cards to send with the bouquet is unmatched. My friend’s grandfather passed away & I was able to choose a “praying for you” card which just made it so much more meaningful. And to top it all off, they wrap the bouquet in a super cute newspaper-like paper with an encouraging message. The one to my friend said “brighter days ahead” which was so fitting for the situation and made it even more thoughtful. I will only use Fresh Sends for flower delivery now!!

LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY. This business does not take ownership over late deliveries. They'll tell you that it's the third party's fault. Despite having placed my order early January, my Valentine's Day surprise was ruined, I do not recommend this business at all! Very expensive flowers, around $100, to not have been delivered at my desired date. Unacceptable, please avoid!

Fresh Sends is my go to for flowers Fresh Sends is my go to for flowers! I ordered flowers for my mother in law and they were delayed in getting to her before she went out of town. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and arranged for a new bouquet to be delivered to her. Overall great experience with them!

These jokers were the worst These jokers were the worst. I've waited two different days for deliveries that never showed up. I'm in Brooklyn, NY, they deliver through Fed Ex which is clearly a mistake. Run, don't walk, away from this incompetent over priced joke of a florist. Their service is horrendous.
