LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY. This business does not take ownership over late deliveries. They'll tell you that it's the third party's fault. Despite having placed my order early January, my Valentine's Day surprise was ruined, I do not recommend this business at all! Very expensive flowers, around $100, to not have been delivered at my desired date. Unacceptable, please avoid!

Phenomenal!! My mother is going thru chemo and I wanted to brighten her day, she couldn't rave enough about the flowers :-) My mother and father both commented how fresh and colorful the bouquet was. Thank you for letting me take care of my mom from the other side of the country. Hearing her sound so happy and bubbly over the phone was more than I could ask for, and for that I am forever grateful.

Amazing Customer Service Holiday and Sunny are both excellent customer service reps! Fresh Sends is a great company with great people behind the business. I will continue supporting them! The flowers are just as beautiful as you see online… My order was delayed an extra day, but they stepped up and sent another batch of flowers out.

They were thoughtfully and carefully packaged. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your flower needs. Not only was the arrangement beautiful, there were many "high end" flowers - and fabulous filler.

Fresh Sends never fails to send the… Fresh Sends never fails to send the most iconic bouquets, have the most generous service, and provide uplift to their customers day after day. I had a bouquet that got stuck in transit due to weather and fresh sends sent a new bouquet right away, and offered great service. Truly impressed by their turn around even through the delivery service trouble.
