We had one issue which was no fault of theirs and they helped me work through the issue and didn't even charge us for the extra parts that had to be sent out to make our application work. I just purchased my second barn door… I just purchased my second barn door hardware kit from Artisan. As usual the quality of the materials and craftsmanship were excellent. I made a mistake and ordered rollers that ultimately didn't work for the spacing above the door. When I called them to order the correct parts they went out of their way to help me get the correct ones as quickly as possible. Great product/company and especially the team!

Bi-pass doors I installed my first set of bi-pass doors this weekend. I have installed somewhere around 25 doors in the past, but none of the bi-pass variety. The hardware is a bit more complex and time-consuming, but certainly within the capability of the average weekend warrior. It's nice now to know that tight spaces like closet doors can get barn doors now too. And if you catch a sale, the price is quite manageable. I got my hardware during one of the 40% off sales. Next up: a ceiling mount. That looks complex but we'll see. I remain impressed with the quality and consistency of this hardware.
