Only addition I would suggest is that the floor/wall mounted lower door guy have two rollers that would hold the door semi snugly during operation. The single roller creates more play in the door. I was able to create my own version of a second roller and attach in tandem with the exterior roller for a smooth fit and operation

We live out of the state and chose to… We live out of the state and chose to have our doors made at Artisan Hardware. We couldn’t be happier with their customer service AND their product. We highly recommend this company for too many reasons to list...you won’t be disappointed.

So far, so good Web site was easy to order from. Door was delivered on my driveway without signature (which was good). I called AH to verify that I received it and let them know it looked beautiful and to verify the contents/hardware. Have not installed yet, but I don't anticipate any problems (because I won't be the one installing it).

I should have seen these reviews before my purchase. From their website it looks like a company that cares about its product and its customers. However, that is simply a mirage. They proclaim that real wood is used. What they don’t tell you is they put plastic in the wood. The company produces an inferior product at a premium price and provides terrible customer service. You can't get a straight answer from them over the phone. They sell you the product that they want to sell you, not the item that you wanted to purchase. When you contact them to resolve the problem, they do not timely or substantively respond. They do not honor their return policy and couldn't care less about their customers. They are quite arrogant, obnoxious oafs who think they are better than their customers. They shipped me the wrong item and expect me to pay to return it. They have no interest in trying to right their wrongs and are quite arrogant in their treatment of their customers.

Fantastic product and customer service. Ordered hardware for existing interior barn doors. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. I even made a mistake on a selection and they were super responsive in allowing me to reorder only the one part and shipped it quickly. Looks amazing and install was a breeze with their step by step instructions + videos.
