Initial order I received 10ea used /… Initial order I received 10ea used / damaged 1/2" spacers. This delayed my customers project by several days. Follow on order was better. However, the quality of the spacers received was still less than expected. Holes weren't broached properly leaving them non-concentric. Additionally, the I.D. of the holes were inconsistent, by as much as .025"

Very pleased with Artisan Hardware… Very pleased with Artisan Hardware company. We ordered the sliding barn door track. It was made in the USA and extremely well made. It exceeded our expectations. We had one issue which was no fault of theirs and they helped me work through the issue and didn't even charge us for the extra parts that had to be sent out to make our application work.
