They have become my go to for hardware! We ordered the hardware for our barn doors from them and couldn't be happier! We have 2 9 ft wood doors EACH weighing about 150 lbs and their hardware holds them securely and glides beautifully! Great quality and look. They were even kind enough to send me a small container of paint to match the rail when my husband accidentally got paint on them that wouodnt wipe off. I will 100% buy from them again!

only one slight dissapointment This Company is set up to ship to buyer. I live close by so I opted to pick up my order at the shop. I was not notified when the order was ready but was able to pick up the complete order when I was ready. otherwise 5 Stars. I ordered custom double bypass door hardware. They explained and ordered to fit my specs. Quick manufacturing time. Delivered as ordered. Product heavy duty, great finish, easy installation, I will enjoy building my own custom doors to finish the project.

Instructions weren’t complete I purchased non pre-drilled rail. I had solid backing so could drill holes anywhere. I used all of the lags and bushings supplies but once installed the soft close hardware wouldn’t work. The bolts were closer than required for hardware to work. Nothing in the instructions mentioned anything about minimum bolt spacing (they admitted that). Company did offer to replace bar or refund soft-close hardware but I would have had to repair and repaint holes/wall. I chose not to use soft-close hardware. Could have been avoided with better instructions.

I would have expected better customer care for a pretty expensive door We ordered and paid for an $1800 bathroom door in early May. Six weeks went by with zero communications or otherwise. Website indicated “unfulfilled. I finally call and leave a “voicemail”. Next couple days I start getting phone calls from some shipping company I’ve never heard of. On second or third call (remember, I don’t know who they are) the caller starts threatening something about storage costs, reshipping fees and the like. They eventually just left a 350lb box in front of my garage. Not the best customer experience. Doors look fine so far, not mounted.

Initial order I received 10ea used /… Initial order I received 10ea used / damaged 1/2" spacers. This delayed my customers project by several days. Follow on order was better. However, the quality of the spacers received was still less than expected. Holes weren't broached properly leaving them non-concentric. Additionally, the I.D. of the holes were inconsistent, by as much as .025"
