Customer service is great..we increased the speed of our Wi-Fi and it affected our camera.. we called the technical department and they sent the next available technician out to come and take care of it for.. GBAfter the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled… After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled trouble, ie, needed a new battery. We had a very difficult time getting to the alarm to change the battery because it had been installed by Guardian at the top of the stairwell where the stairs turned upward 90 degrees. There was no way a regular ladder could stand on varied level steps to get us up there. We are both elderly and don't do well on ladders anyway. After several phone calls to Guardian, they sent a technician out and he was able to get to it. But even he agreed that it was a poor placement, and said he could move it. We did not want more holes in our wall, so we declined and will just call again when it needs a new battery. The technician was very helpful, professional and considerate.
