AUI have had some many false alarms this… I have had some many false alarms this devise does not work for me they have sent me three devises and it still is sending false alarms to my family, I am not happy and can’t cancel it and it is costing me $50 a month.

USI wanted to cancel my service and I was… I wanted to cancel my service and I was told I had a contract that wasn't up until the end of this years. I have been with Guardian since the mid 1990. I don't ever remember signing a contract. I am a retired widow and am trying to cut some of my expenses so my grandson installed the ring alarm system for me. Guardian can change there wording of their contracts but I can't cancel. I paid my bill a year in advance so I could save a little money. I would not ever recommend paying in advance. They have your money and they don't care about you. A 70 plus senior citizen living on Social Security.

USNew review based on incredible service I had previously written a review regarding Guardian and their service. However, I would like to remove that review and post this new one. Guardian came out to our home today and the technician was probably the best we had ever had. His name was Anthony. He reset all of our sensors And he reconnected the breakage equipment and he fixed the panel and gave us a good course on how to use our system, which we really did not even know. so I would give Guardian at this time a five star review. We appreciate them coming to solve this problem for us .

USDo not bother to show up for appointments I had an appointment today for a system installation with Guardian. They must have sent me 10 email and text reminders about today's appointment. I scheduled 10+ important work calls and took a day off because of this appointment ... and ... THEY DID NOT SHOW UP!!! No one called to tell me they are running late or need to reschedule. I called twice to find out what is going on and was told the install was being done by a subcontractor and they cannot be reached. That's it. No apologies. No information. No showing up. I wasted an entire day waiting for them! So unprofessional. I am calling other alarm companies and will never deal with Guardian again.

USTerrible customer service...bad company. Contracts lock the customer into their terms even if the service is not provided. Months of getting charged without getting the service. Complete defensive attitude towards solving the issue. Not the smartest company out there, for sure. Stay away..bad, bad, bad
